About Us: We are looking for a passionate and analytical Category Manager to lead assortment planning, drive P&L; ownership, and manage a high-performing team across our brands. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a sharp focus on growth and customer needs. Key Responsibilities:



● Own and drive P&L; for assigned category ● Lead end-to-end assortment planning and lifecycle management ● Analyze market and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities ● Plan inventory to ensure optimal availability and sell-through ● Develop pricing, liquidation, and promotional strategies ● Work closely with vendors to optimize margins, quality, and lead times ● Coordinate with marketing and brand teams for go-to-market planning ● Review and manage product catalogs, pricing sheets, and vendor terms ● Build and lead a motivated team to scale category growthRequirements:● 4+ years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising ● Solid analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills ● Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results ● Passion for fashion retail and deep customer empathy
