We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience in VLS (Verified Lead System) and lead generation campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns while maintaining lead quality, CPL targets, and campaign scalability.

The candidate should be data-oriented, analytical, and capable of driving high-volume quality leads through different traffic sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and optimize VLS/lead generation campaigns across digital channels
- Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native, DSPs, and other traffic sources
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and tech teams for smooth campaign execution
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and targeting
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for optimization
- Ensure compliance with platform and advertiser policies




- Identify new traffic opportunities and scaling strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in Media Buying / Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of VLS, CPL, CPA, and performance marketing models
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Native Ads, or DSP platforms
- Valuable understanding of funnels, tracking, attribution, and optimization strategies
- Experience with campaign tracking tools and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in international lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of tracking platforms like Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, or similar tools
- Understanding of affiliate/performance marketing ecosystem
- Basic understanding of creatives and landing page optimization
