Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Intern

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai Duration: 4 months Working Days: Mon–Sat (Flexible)

We work at the intersection of brand strategy, technology development, and AI platforms — building for founders, as founders. Our portfolio spans retail and D2C brands, tech products, real estate ventures, creator-led IPs, and high-growth enterprise companies.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketing Intern who lives and breathes the internet. This role is built for someone who instinctively knows why a trend is taking off, can turn a brief into a reel before the trend dies, and is excited to step in front of the camera when the moment calls for it. If you scroll with intent, think in hooks, and want hands-on exposure to marketing across tech, AI, and D2C brands, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (reels, shorts, YouTube Shorts) for U.Labs and our portfolio brands

- Appear on camera as a brand voice when required, whether for trend-led content, product features, or behind-the-scenes storytelling

- Actively research on social media trends, formats, and cultural moments, and translate them into timely content ideas

- Write sharp, scroll-stopping captions and content copy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms in coordination with the marketing team

Paid Social & Performance

- Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta and other platforms

- Assist in monitoring campaign performance, audience engagement, and competitor activity

- Help test creative variations and report on what is working

Influencer & PR Outreach

- Identify relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors for partnerships

- Support outreach, coordination, and execution of influencer campaigns end-to-end





- Assist with PR outreach to media, journalists, and agencies to secure brand mentions and coverage

- Track campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign reporting

Presentation & Design Excellence

- Develop visually compelling presentations for marketing campaigns, strategy decks, and reports.

- Ensure branding consistency across all presentations, marketing materials, and reports.

- Use tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to design stunning pitch decks and promotional content.

- Convert complex marketing data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand formats.

AI & Brand Support

- Use AI tools to ideate, script, optimize, and produce content faster and better

- Support brand and product content initiatives across the U.Labs portfolio

- Students or fresh graduates passionate about social media, content, and marketing

- Genuine, deep interest in trends, creators, and internet culture

- Comfortable being on camera and being the face of content when needed

- Extroverted, energetic, and equally happy ideating, executing, and shipping

- Eager to learn marketing on the job by doing, not just observing

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms

- Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, etc.)

- Good grasp of Canva

- Solid content writing and captioning skills

- Hands-on use of AI tools for content creation and general augmentation (e.g., Gemini Pro, Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield etc.)

- Awareness of current trends, formats, and creator economy dynamics

Good to Have

- Experience creating content for personal or brand pages with a visible track record

- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or any paid social platform

- Prior influencer or PR outreach experience
