About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling consultancy in the Enterprise ERP & Digital Transformation space, we partner with mid-market and enterprise clients across India to design, deploy, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Our Business Analysts bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution—translating complex workflows into scalable, automated D365 configurations that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and growth. Role & Responsibilities

- Map end-to-end business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales & Service into D365 workstreams, identifying automation and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather & prioritize requirements, then translate them into functional specs, user stories, and test cases.
- Configure D365 modules (FO, SCM, S&OP;, CRM) using out-of-the-box features; collaborate with developers for customizations when needed.
- Lead UAT cycles with business teams, validate data migrations, and support go-live with training & documentation.




- Collaborate with Project Managers and technical architects to ensure alignment on timelines, scope, and delivery quality.
- Analyze post-go-live KPIs and feedback to recommend iterative enhancements and process refinements.
