About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Associate with hands-on experience in SEO, AI SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and backlink building. The ideal candidate should have experience working on US/UK markets and be passionate about driving organic growth through both traditional and AI-driven SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, directory submissions, and other white-hat techniques.
- Optimize website content for search engines as well as AI-powered search experiences.
- Implement and manage Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
- Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools.




- Conduct website audits and recommend technical improvements.
- Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams.
- Track and report SEO KPIs and campaign performance regularly.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Solid experience in backlink building and off-page SEO.
- Experience working with US and/or UK markets.
- Knowledge of AI SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO (AI Optimization).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Surfer SEO, Frase, etc.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms for SEO optimization.
- Good understanding of technical SEO concepts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
