Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire SWM project.

- Oversee daily operations across wards and ensure SOP compliance.

- Coordinate and liaise with government officials, local authorities, and stakeholders.

- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.

- Plan, implement, and monitor project activities as per defined timelines.

- Supervise manpower deployment and ensure productivity across departments.

- Track budget utilization and optimize resources for cost-effective operations.

- Prepare and present project reports to management and authorities.

- Resolve operational challenges with smart, practical solutions.

- Ensure overall project productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in waste management/municipal projects.

- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting tools.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Ready to visit field locations when required.
