Job Title: Sales Officer – General Trade (JUST)

Experience Required: 2–6 years in General Trade Sales (FMCG Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory.

· Appoint new distributors/retailers and expand numeric & weighted distribution.

· Ensure regular order generation, beat planning, and market coverage.

· Maintain robust relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

· Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade schemes at outlet level.

· Monitor stock levels, collections, and distributor ROI

· Track competitor activities and share timely market intelligence.





· Prepare and submit daily sales reports, MIS, and market feedback on time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Graduate (BBA/MBA preferred) with 2–4 years of relevant experience in General Trade Sales.

· Strong understanding of the local retail market and distributor network.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
