Role Overview :-

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support HiroJet’s growth strategy, expand client relationships, and drive business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, ideal for professionals starting or growing their career in business development, preferably in recruitment or staffing.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new verticals and geographies

• Identify, pursue, and engage potential clients through outreach

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects





• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations

• Track KPIs and contribute to improving business development processes

• Maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement

What We’re Looking For :-

• 0–3 years of business development or sales experience (staffing/recruitment/B2B preferred)

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
