Electrical Installation

- Install DC and AC cables for solar PV systems.

- Carry out cable laying, termination, glanding, and ferruling.

- Install solar modules, string combiner boxes (SCBs), junction boxes, and inverter connections.

- Install transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, and associated electrical equipment.

- Perform earthing and lightning protection system installation.

Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and polarity tests.

- Support testing and commissioning of inverters, transformers, and electrical panels.

- Identify and rectify electrical faults during installation and commissioning.

RequirementsRequired Skills

- Knowledge of solar PV electrical systems.

- Experience in cable laying, termination, and panel wiring.

- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs).

- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers (Megger), and clamp meters.

- Understanding of HT/LT electrical systems and earthing.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Solid awareness of electrical safety practices.
