This role is responsible for the day-to-day end user and system support of our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, keeping core supply chain and order management processes running smoothly across Warehouse Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Quote-to-Cash (QTC). Skills and Requirements - 3-7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012)



- Solid functional expertise in: o Supply Chain Management o Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes o Warehouse Management (advanced warehousing preferred) o Call Center / Order Management o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) - Hands-on experience with system configuration and business process design - Experience troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within D365 - Hands-on experience with D365 Security Governance, including role-based security, and security configuration/administration - Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders - Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). - Experience with D365 integrations (eCommerce platforms, payment providers like Adyen, freight/3PL solutions) - Support and optimize core processes, including: o Quote-to-Cash (QTC): pricing, quoting, sales orders, fulfillment, invoicing, and customer billing o Warehouse Management (WMS) o Inventory Management & Planning o Call Center / Order Management o Procure-to-Pay (P2P) - Troubleshoot functional issues across both supply chain and Finance lifecycles and provide root cause analysis with recommended solutions - Support integrations with external vendors and systems (e.g., eCommerce, freight, payment providers) - Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and release management - Provide user training and documentation to support adoption and process consistency - Participate in functional design and configuration within D365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) - Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system solutions and enhancements
