An IT Contact Center Analyst responsible for providing technical support to Huron employees which includes acknowledging, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving entry level and advanced issues. Adhere to defined policies and operating procedures. Broad technical skillset is required. Required updating the internal IT ticketing system to record all customer interactions, technical steps taken, comments and resolutions. Capable of multitasking effectively, managing multiple priorities and occasionally functioning independently with little supervision Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with user community, co-workers and interdepartmental colleagues. **Requirements:** + Strong academic performance in your degree of choice, preferably with an emphasis in Information Systems or an associate's degree. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office products, and Office 365 administration,
