We are looking for a Business Excellence Lead – RMG to join our team in Pune.Role Details:Position: Business Excellence Lead – RMGExperience: 6–8 YearsLocation: PuneWork Mode: In-officeAbout the RoleThe role will lead RMG outcomes end-to-end, with a strong focus on workforce planning, predictive fulfilment, utilization, analytics, process excellence, and automation.You will be responsible for:Owning workforce planning and predictive fulfilment models.Driving fulfilment rates, timelines, and utilization across the organization.Partnering with internal and external stakeholders on fulfilment operations.Enhancing processes, tools, analytics, and reporting maturity.Mentoring senior team members and strengthening the overall RMG function.Driving scalable solutions through automation, data, and analytics.What We're Looking For6–8 years of relevant experience in Resource Management / Workforce Management / related functions.Strong ownership of function-level outcomes,
