The specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual communication assets for digital and print channels, including social media posts, event materials, presentations, brochures, and website graphics. Day-to-day tasks include creating logos and branding elements, refining visual identities for programs and events, and ensuring visual consistency across all communication materials. The role involves image editing, preparing production-ready files,



and working closely with marketing and communications teams to translate messaging into clear, engaging visual designs. The specialist will also manage design timelines, adhere to brand guidelines, and optimize graphics for various platforms and formats.QualificationsStrong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, professional visual communication materials for digital and print media.Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities for organizations, events, and campaigns.Proficiency in Image Editing, with hands-on expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.G., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, with attention to detail and quality.Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Mumbai, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience designing for professional associations, educational programs, or B2B audiences is an advantage.
