Responsibilities1. Lead and mentor a team of IT Recruiters, ensuring timely delivery of technical hiring requirements.2,. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality IT talent across technologies and experience levels.3. Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.4. Allocate requirements among team members, monitor progress, and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.5. Guide the team on sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri,Boolean Search, referrals, and other sourcing platforms.6. Review candidate profiles, conduct quality checks, and ensure technical fit before submitting candidates to clients or hiring managers.7. Monitor key recruitment metrics such as submission-to-interview ratio, interview-tooffer ratio, offer acceptance, and time-to-fill.8. Train,



mentor, and coach recruiters on IT technologies, recruitment best practices, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement.9. Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience.10. Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment tools while driving continuous process improvements.Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with at least 1–2 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
