Job Description – CRM EngineerPosition: CRM EngineerDepartment: Sales & MarketingLocation - Vadodara Reporting To: Head – Sales & BusinessExperience - 2-5 years Education - BSC / Diploma mechanical / Btech Key Responsibilities* Manage customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements.* Maintain accurate customer information, opportunities, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.* Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.* Monitor order status and proactively update customers on manufacturing and delivery schedules.* Build long-term customer relationships through regular communication and technical support.* Support key accounts in the Oil & Gas, Defence, Railways, Steel, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors.Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.Experience* 3–6 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, or Project Coordination within the engineering or manufacturing industry.* Experience in hose assemblies, hydraulic products, oil & gas equipment, industrial components,
