This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring a strong recruitment background, excellent communication skills,



and the ability to partner with global stakeholders while hiring across technical and non-technical functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for global hiring.Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple geographies.Hire for both technical and non-technical positions.Drive niche hiring, contract staffing, fresher/campus hiring, and Internal Job Posting (IJP) hiring.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical positions.Ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.Manage recruitment activities through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics.Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire.Mandatory Requirements8–10 years of recruitment experience.MBA in Human Resources.Experience hiring for global teams.Experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment.Proven experience in niche hiring.Experience in contract staffing.Experience in fresher/campus hiring.Experience managing Internal Job Posting (IJP) hiring.Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong recruitment reporting and analytics experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage global stakeholders.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated track record of delivering a minimum of 10 hires/offers per month.Willing to work as an Individual Contributor.Recruitment-only experience is required.
