NExp: 6-8 years, with a minimum of 2 years PM experience NLocation: Bangalore NNotice Period – prefer immediate or 30 days NRequired Skillsnn 6–10 years of semiconductor industry experience with a robust understanding of the VLSI/SoC chip design lifecycle. N Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of Program Management experience managing full-chip silicon programs through successful tape-out delivery. N Experience managing multiple concurrent silicon programs involving cross-functional engineering teams. N Strong understanding ofRTL Design, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Signoff, Package, and Silicon Validation flows. N Hands-on experience in program planning, schedule management, milestone tracking, resource planning, and risk management.



N Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams. N Experience in driving executive reviews, customer communications, project governance, and escalation management. N Proficiency with project and program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
