Position: Associate Director Sales (Core B2C Sales)

Location: Bangalore

Reporting To: Director – Sales

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive our B2C sales across Pan India. The Associate Director – Sales will be responsible for leading regional teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage large-scale operations while ensuring consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage B2C sales operations across Pan India.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Travel extensively across India as per business requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 14+ years of experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of revenue generation.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in handling large, diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pan India.
- Based out of Bangalore, reporting to the Director – Sales.
