You'll receive research briefs from our Research Lead.

Your job is to transform those into world-class scripts.

Not articles.

Not blogs.

Stories.

Every script should make someone think:

I have to know what happens next.

You'll own:

- Hooks
- Story structure
- Curiosity gaps
- Retention
- Pacing
- Call-to-actions

What You'll Do

Every day you'll:

- Turn research into 30–90 second scripts.
- Rewrite hooks until they're irresistible.
- Simplify complex AI topics.
- Collaborate with editors and hosts.




- Iterate based on watch-time data.

Compensation

₹20–35L INR ($2,500–4,000 USD/month) depending on experience and portfolio.
