Portal Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, Myntra, and other ecommerce platforms. The role involves end-to-end marketplace management, catalog optimization, promotional planning, account health monitoring, and driving sales growth across assigned portals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Account Management

- Maintain account hygiene across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, Myntra, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, advertising opportunities, and resolution of account-related issues.
- Handle and escalate portal-related concerns to ensure smooth business operations.

Catalogue Management

- Manage product catalogues across all ecommerce portals.
- Create new product listings and regularly update product images, titles, descriptions, keywords, and other content.
- Ensure product information is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with marketplace standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely listing of products and brands.

Brand & Portal Launches





- Ensure all recent brands are listed and successfully launched across relevant marketplaces.
- Support the onboarding and launch of new ecommerce portals for BuyMore.
- Manage end-to-end coordination for marketplace launches as per established SOPs.

Promotions & Sales Growth

- Plan and execute deals, promotions, and advertising campaigns across marketplaces.
- Collaborate with marketplace teams to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Take ownership of sales growth and performance metrics for assigned portals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, BBA, BBM, B.Sc., or any undergraduate discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good understanding of ecommerce marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of retail and online sales ecosystems.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
