Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients and possess strong sourcing, screening, and relationship management skills. The recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases.

• Identify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation

• Review resumes and match candidates against client requirements.

• Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.

• Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Client & Candidate Coordination

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Prepare candidates for client interviews.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

• Negotiate compensation, rates, and offer details.





• Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.

• Maintain recruitment data in ATS and internal systems.

Compliance & Documentation

• Verify candidate work authorization and employment documentation.

• Ensure compliance with client and company hiring policies.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1 to 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, skills, and terminology.

• Experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and ERP platforms.

• Knowledge of US tax terms, visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and employment regulations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
