Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP CS solutions, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering business-driven solutions. Experience with SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and configure SAP CS solutions.
- Work on Service Contracts, Service Orders, Service Notifications, Warranty Management, and Repair Processing.
- Integrate SAP CS with MM, FI/CO, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
- Work with IDocs, ALE, and EDI integrations.
- Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements and support.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and production support activities.

- Experience in rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- SAP CS or SAP S/4HANA certification is an added advantage.
