Job Purpose :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Centre Auditor to evaluate operational delivery, infrastructure readiness, and compliance standards across our educational branches. The Centre Auditor will be responsible for conducting periodic audits to assess adherence to company SOPs, safety protocols, infrastructure requirements, and service delivery standards. This role plays a key part in identifying operational gaps, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance, and driving continuous improvement across centres.
Job Description :
Center Audits -
- Travel: Frequent travel to branch locations
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
- Audit Planning and Execution, conduct thorough audits at branch locations according to the audit schedule and business requirements
- Identify potential risks in branch operations and recommend solutions to mitigate them
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with detailed findings and actionable recommendations
- Communicate audit results to branch management and the internal audit team
- Work with branch management to implement corrective actions and monitor progress
- Ensure timely resolution of identified issues and escalation if required
- Conduct follow-up audits to assess the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken based on previous audit recommendations
- Build strong relationships with branch managers and staff to facilitate audits and promote a culture of transparency and accountability
- Provide support, guidance, and training to branch staff on compliance and internal control matters
CCTV Audits -
* Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across centres
* Identify safety concerns, process deviations, and non-compliance
* Prepare audit reports with proper evidence and timestamps
* Ensure all cameras are functional and positioned correctly
* Track CCTV downtime and coordinate with IT/vendors for resolution
* Escalate critical incidents to relevant stakeholders
* Validate audit closures with actual implementation
* Maintain confidentiality and data security of CCTV footage
* Support surprise audits and investigations
* Recommend process improvements based on findings
AI Alert Validation (Primary Responsibility)
* Review CCTV-based AI alerts and notifications
* Verify whether the alert is correct or incorrect based on guidelines
* Approve or reject observations as per defined SOPs
* Maintain accuracy and consistency in decision-making
* Highlight recurring errors or patterns in incorrect alerts
Skills :
