About the Role

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media & Content Lead to own our brand's digital presence across platforms. This role requires someone who can independently drive social media strategy, create engaging content, build communities, collaborate with creators, and leverage data to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilitie

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business goals
- Conceptualize and create engaging content, including Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static creatives, and LinkedIn posts
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that reflect the brand's voice
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, content trends, AI tools, and the creator economy
- Manage end-to-end content production by collaborating with designers, videographers, photographers, and internal stakeholders




- Build and engage online communities by managing comments, DMs, and brand interactions
- Execute influencer and creator collaborations from outreach to campaign delivery
- Track and analyze content performance, prepare insights, and optimize strategies using analytics
- Support employer branding, campaigns, launches, events, and marketing initiatives through impactful social storytelling

Qualification

- 3+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience independently managing and growing social media platforms.
- Robust copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content performance.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, ChatGPT, and Google Analytics.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, startups, or consumer brands is preferred.
