Role Description

We are hiring a Housekeeping Lead for a prestigious luxury hospitality client in Alibag. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with experience in 5-star or luxury hotels who are passionate about maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.




- Conduct regular room and area inspections to ensure compliance with luxury hospitality standards.
- Plan and allocate daily work assignments, ensuring efficient operations and timely room readiness.
- Train, coach, and mentor housekeeping associates on SOPs, quality standards, and guest service excellence.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals.
- Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and hotel brand standards.
- Prepare daily reports, maintain housekeeping records, and monitor team performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3–6 years of housekeeping experience, including experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Mandatory experience in 5-star or luxury hotels.
- Robust knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
