We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Senior Project Engineer to lead and coordinate project execution from order receipt through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, project schedules, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review Purchase Orders (POs), customer specifications, datasheets, drawings, and project requirements to ensure complete technical understanding.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution covering engineering, manufacturing, inspection, testing, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, EPC contractors, consultants, and clients for technical clarifications, approvals, and project-related communications.
- Review, verify, and approve technical documents, drawings, datasheets, and submissions before customer release.
- Coordinate with vendors and sub-vendors for technical discussions, manufacturing activities, and project execution.
- Track document submissions, approvals, customer comments, revisions, and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate manufacturing clearances, inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and other quality-related activities.
- Monitor project schedules,



milestones, and identify potential delays while implementing corrective actions.
- Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, Inspection, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify technical deviations, evaluate cost and schedule impacts, and obtain necessary approvals from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, manage, and close technical queries (TQs), deviations, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), punch points, and related project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues arising during engineering, manufacturing, inspection, and project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, reports, and progress updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support final documentation, dispatch coordination, project handover, and project closure activities.
- Guide, mentor, and support junior engineers and project team members to ensure effective project execution.
- Maintain professional communication and strong coordination with customers, suppliers, inspection agencies, and internal departments.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Production Engineering,



or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in project engineering, project execution, or manufacturing within the instrumentation, valve, fittings, piping, or process equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, datasheets, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection procedures, FAT, quality systems, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with applicable international standards, customer specifications, and EPC project requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software will be an added advantage.
