Required Technical Skills

Must Have

- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Strong experience in Data Warehouse and ETL Testing.
- Good exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) applications and reporting validation.
- Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries involving joins, subqueries, aggregations, and validations.
- Experience in Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) validation.
- Knowledge of ETL concepts and testing methodologies.
- Good understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Teradata.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, Ab Initio, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Big Data technologies is an added advantage.

Project & Process Skills

Agile & DevOps

- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Good knowledge of DevOps processes and continuous testing practices.
- Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.

Test Management Tools

Hands-on Experience With

- Jira
- Confluence (preferred)

Requirement Analysis





- Strong experience in requirement analysis and ambiguity identification.
- Ability to review business requirements and provide early feedback for quality improvements.
- Experience preparing test estimations and risk assessments.

Test Data Management

- Strong experience in identifying, creating, and maintaining test data.
- Ability to prepare mock data sets as required for testing scenarios.
- Experience handling large volumes of data for validation activities.

- Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
