About The Role

Techdome is looking for driven, tech-curious Business Development Executives to expand our footprint across startups and Fortune 500 clients by driving adoption of cutting-edge AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. This role is about opening doors, building relationships, and solving real business problems for clients — not just pushing products. It's an ideal launchpad for fresh MBA graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a modern, AI-integrated career in business development.

What You'll Do

- Research and identify new business opportunities — target accounts, market segments, and decision-makers worth pursuing
- Generate and build a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, marketing leads, and referrals
- Understand client needs deeply and position the right Techdome product solutions against them
- Run product demos and presentations, both online and in-person, to move opportunities forward
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients, not just one-time transactions
- Draft quotations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily to speed up prospecting, market research, pitch-writing, and follow-ups
- Track and manage pipeline health and activity through CRM, keeping records accurate and current




- Partner closely with product, ops, and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful client onboarding
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to keep Techdome ahead
- Consistently hit monthly and quarterly business development targets

What We're Looking For

- 1.5+ years of experience in similar field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong communicator and negotiator — confident, curious, and self-driven in opening new conversations
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel/MS Office for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Genuine interest in tech-enabled business development and hands-on curiosity about AI tools
- Resilience and a hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and turning no into not yet
