As search evolves beyond traditional ten-blue-links, we are expanding our team to include specialists who understand the intersection of classic Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Role Overview

We are looking for an innovative SEO Strategist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for driving organic growth not only on Google but across AI-driven answer engines (like Perplexity and ChatGPT) and generative search features (like Google's AI Overviews). You will also leverage high-intent community platforms like Reddit to build brand authority and influence entity recognition.

Key Responsibilities

- Foundational SEO: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink strategies to maintain and grow core search visibility.
- AEO & GEO Strategy: Optimize content for AI Overviews, LLM-based search engines, and conversational AI tools by focusing on entity-based SEO, natural language structuring, and direct-answer formatting.
- Community Search (Reddit): Monitor brand mentions, engage authentically in relevant subreddits, and optimize content for Reddit + Keyword search queries to capture community-driven intent.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure,



and report on organic performance, user behavior, and zero-click search trends using industry-standard analytics platforms.
- Tool Management: Utilize SEO software stack daily to identify gaps, track keyword movements, and monitor technical health.

Core Requirements

- Experience:3–5 years of proven, hands-on experience in an SEO role.
- Strong SEO Fundamentals: Deep understanding of technical SEO, site architecture, core web vitals, and content optimization.
- The New Era of Search: Demonstrable knowledge of or experience working on AEO and GEO strategies (optimizing for LLMs, featured snippets, and entity graphs).
- Community Platforms: Active understanding of Reddit's ecosystem, its algorithm, and how to authentically leverage it for organic visibility without violating community guidelines.
- Mastery of SEO Tools: Highly proficient in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Bonus Points (Highly Preferred)

- Automation Knowledge: Experience using automation tools to scale SEO workflows, automate reporting, or generate programmatic SEO content.
