- Corporate Digital Content Specialist
Position Location:
- Pune
Position Description:
The Corporate Digital Content Specialist supports the execution of corporate communications through content development, channel management and digital distribution. This role is responsible for creating and publishing content across internal and external platforms while ensuring consistency with corporate messaging, brand voice and strategic priorities. This role partners closely with Corporate Communications, Internal Communications and PR to support executive messaging, employee engagement and external visibility initiatives.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Development & Execution:
- Develop, edit and publish content across internal and external channels
Write and produce content including:
- internal communications
- corporate announcements
- social media content
- digital content for campaigns and initiatives
- Support development of thought leadership and corporate PR content
Communication Channel Management:
- Manage and maintain corporate communication channels, including:
- Infi-Net (intranet)
- On-site screens
- Corporate social media platforms
- Support development and rollout of additional communication channels as needed
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform and audience
Content Distribution & Coordination:
- Execute distribution of communications across global audiences
- Coordinate timing and publishing of content across channels
- Partner with Corporate Communications & Internal Comms to align messaging and delivery
Multimedia Content Development:
- Support creation of multimedia content (video, graphics, digital assets)
- Partner with internal teams or agencies for design and production
- Ensure visual content aligns with brand standards
Corporate Communications Support:
- Support crisis communications content development
- Assist with communications related to M&A; and major business initiatives
- Provide support for corporate campaigns and executive communications
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with:
- Corporate Communications Manager
- Internal Communications
- PR and agency partners
- Marketing and brand teams
- Ensure alignment across messaging, timing and execution
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate communications, content or digital communications
- Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Familiarity with corporate intranet platforms and content management systems
- Experience managing corporate social media channels
- Well-versed in digital comms channel and platform optimization
- Basic understanding of PR and corporate communications strategy
- Experience working in a global or multi-brand organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a quick-paced environment
