Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relations & Reservations Executive (GRRE) to join our team in North Goa. In this role, you will manage the complete guest journey—from reservation confirmation to post-checkout—ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will also coordinate with internal teams and approved vendors to deliver personalized guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations

Manage reservations across all booking channels.

Verify booking details and guest information.

Update reservations in the PMS and OTA platforms.

Handle reservation modifications and cancellations.

Prevent booking conflicts and overbookings.

Guest Experience

Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay.

Coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs.

Collect guest IDs, pending payments, and security deposits.

Share check-in instructions and property information.

Respond promptly to guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Request guest reviews after checkout.

Guest Requests & Coordination





Coordinate guest requests and special arrangements with internal teams and approved vendors.

Work closely with the Vacation Rental Manager, Housekeeping, Runners, Accounts, and Revenue teams to ensure timely execution.

Keep the Vacation Rental Manager informed of important guest requests and operational updates.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Vacation Rentals, or Customer Service.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Konkani is an advantage.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and reservation systems.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work weekends, and public holidays.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Willing to travel to properties to meet guests, assist during check-in/check-out, handle guest concerns, and coordinate in office whenever required.

Candidates residing in North Goa or willing to relocate will be preferred.
