- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Experience with automation workflows and process optimization using robotic process automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools to track system performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and integrate solutions across platforms.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
