Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, clients, and strategic partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborations, and advertising partnerships.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
- Work closely with the content and production teams to develop impactful campaigns and partnerships.
- Drive monetization opportunities for content, production services, and CSR initiatives.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Media Partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree (Media, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Experience in Media, Education, CSR, or Advertising industries will be an added advantage.
