Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced US Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle for the US staffing industry and be capable of working independently on direct client and implementation partner requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the complete US Non-IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray search, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Basic Qualifications:

- 1–10 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Experience working on direct client and implementation partner requirements.
- Solid experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction, Finance, Banking, Administrative, Clerical, Supply Chain, Retail, Telecom, Energy, Security Clearance, Government, Light Industrial, and other Non-IT positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Dice, Monster,



CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the US Night Shift.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; however, relevant experience will also be considered.
