Role Description This is a full-time, in office Service Technician role based in Hosur. The Service Technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair LPG-related equipment and systems at customer locations. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and carrying out repairs in accordance with safety and quality standards. The role involves field visits, supporting commissioning activities, and accurately documenting service work and reports. The Service Technician will also interact with customers to explain work performed, provide basic operational guidance,



and escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when required.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair skills for LPG equipment and related systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site inspections, installations, and service reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and ensure safe usage guidance.
- Candidates should possess general Maintenance skills, including preventive checks and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Knowledge of LPG safety standards, basic piping and fittings, and use of hand and power tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in field conditions, travel within the region, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting, and willingness to follow company training and compliance requirements.
