Role Description The Nurse at Prvnt will provide direct patient care, focusing on preventive health, early risk detection, and ongoing support in coordination with the clinical team. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, recording vital signs, assisting with diagnostics, administering treatments, and educating patients on preventive care plans and lifestyle modifications. The role also involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, documenting care in clinical systems, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular interaction with patients and multidisciplinary team members in a clinical setting.
Qualifications

- Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and administration of treatments and medications.
- Experience with preventive care, health education, and counseling patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness strategies.
- Competence in using electronic health records and comfort working with technology-enabled care platforms and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams and engaging patients.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid licensure; a bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience in primary care, preventive medicine, or chronic disease management is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Chennai, with flexibility to adapt to evolving clinical protocols and organizational needs.
