HR Manager / HR Generalist

Suroskie Beauty | Ghaziabad | Full-Time - Work From Office

Suroskie Beauty is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager/HR Generalist to independently

manage the overall HR function and complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition - sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation and

onboarding.

•Manage complete HR operations including attendance, leaves, employee documentation,

confirmations, increments and exits.

• Handle monthly payroll, salary inputs, reimbursements, deductions and Full & Final settlements.

• Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, TDS and applicable labour laws.

• Drive performance management, appraisals, probation reviews and employee development processes.

• Handle employee engagement, grievances and employee relations.

• Create and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.

• Maintain HRMS, employee records, hiring trackers and HR MIS.

• Manage onboarding,



offboarding and exit interviews.

• Work closely with leadership and department heads on manpower planning, hiring and overall

people strategy.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in an HR Generalist / HR Manager role.

• Robust hands-on experience in Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll.

• Good understanding of HR policies and Indian labour compliances.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently own and manage the complete HR function.

• Experience in a D2C, Beauty, E-commerce or startup environment is preferred.
