We are building a house of brands for the American consumer, multiple direct-to-consumer brands in fashion and lifestyle, conceived and operated from India, built for the US market. Our first brand is a premium fine jewelry brand specializing in moissanite and lab grown diamonds, selling to American customers through its Shopify storefront with growth led by Meta channels. The team is small and founder-led. Everyone hired now joins at the building stage of the portfolio, not just one brand: you'll own your function end-to-end today, and your scope grows as new brands launch. We move fast, measure everything, and expect people to work directly with the founder.

The role:Own content everywhere the brand speaks, website, product pages, social media, reels, marketing campaigns, email. You help shape brand positioning and then carry it consistently across every surface a US customer touches. Strategy and execution in one seat, working shoulder-to-shoulder with performance marketing.

What you'll do:

- Help shape and steward the brand positioning, and translate it into everything: website copy, PDPs, social, reels, campaigns, email flows




- Write for the American consumer - you understand how US brands talk, build trust, and connect, and you write in fluent, natural American English
- Stay current with shifting US content trends and consumer behavior; adapt formats and angles before they go stale.
- Own the monthly calendar across Instagram, email, and blog/SEO; push winning organic angles into paid without being asked
- Use AI fluently to make deliverables faster and more productive, while knowing exactly when human craft has to take over for the work to stay effective; speed and quality together, not one traded for the other
- Coordinate shoots and UGC creators; run the pipeline from idea to publish

Must have:

- 3+ years in content for D2C or lifestyle brands, with published work you can show
- Genuine understanding of the US audience mindset and how American brands connect with consumers, demonstrated in past work, not claimed
- Excellent written American English - non-negotiable
- Operates solo - strategy and execution in one person

Strong plus: jewelry/fashion/beauty category; basic editing (CapCut/Premiere); SEO writing; prior work for US brands or US-facing D2C.
