Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Meta Ads Executive who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role is ideal for a mature professional who can take complete ownership of campaign performance, manage budgets efficiently, and contribute strategically to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Independently handle multiple client accounts and ensure campaign success.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and identify scaling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.




- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and proactively resolve issues to achieve client objectives.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Events Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts and managing significant ad budgets.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take complete accountability for campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an agency environment will be an added advantage.
