Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Software Engineer role based in Kaithal. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions, with a focus on back-end web development and system architecture. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, reviewing code from peers, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, design, and digital marketing to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations.



The Senior Software Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical best practices, and participate in continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production-grade systems.
- Advanced Programming skills with expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and contemporary development practices.
- Experience with databases, APIs, and integration with web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, communicate technical concepts clearly, and mentor less experienced engineers.
