Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM MEP Modeller to join our engineering team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, coordinated 3D models for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical systems using Autodesk Revit. You will collaborate closely with architectural and structural teams, perform clash detection, and extract crucial construction documentation.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Modeling & Coordination

· Develop detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting services using Autodesk Revit (MEP).

· Actively coordinate with internal Architecture and Structural teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the master model.

· Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts across trades using Navisworks.

2. Documentation & Extraction

· Generate precise shop drawings, sections, schematics, and construction documentation from the BIM models.

· Extract accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ)



and material take-offs to assist the procurement and estimation teams.

3. Workflow & Innovation

· Maintain and follow strict BIM standards, workflows, and project templates.

· Leverage 4D (Time/Scheduling) and 5D (Cost estimation) BIM workflows where applicable to optimize project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Skillset

· Software: High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks is mandatory.

· Core Domain: Strong, practical understanding of MEP systems (HVAC layout, electrical routing, piping, and drainage networks).

· BIM Standards: Excellent grasp of BIM workflows, level of development (LOD), and modeling best practices.

Education & Experience

· Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

· Experience: 2 or more years of hands-on BIM modeling experience.

· Project Exposure: Prior experience working on Infrastructure, Water, Industrial, or large-scale Building Projects is highly preferred.

· Advantage: Basic knowledge or exposure to 4D/5D BIM is a major plus.
