Role Description

This is an on-site teaching role for a youth development program in Gurgaon 112 and 102 for the underprivileged to help and make them employable. The Training Specialist will be responsible for going twice a week to each centre to conduct a 1 hour long session.





Key tasks include creating and implementing training strategies, facilitating sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proficiency in Training and Training & Development techniques

Experience with Instructional Design and creating learning materials

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various learning environments

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field

Prior experience as a Training Specialist or similar role is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
