About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Testing Engineer to join our RTU & SCADA business unit. This role offers hands-on experience in testing, validation, and compliance, ensuring products and systems meet industry and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct test protocols to validate RTU and SCADA systems against specifications
- Support quality control activities across supplier, production, and engineering functions
- Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing (F.A.T.) and internal routine testing
- Document and evaluate test data in line with internal, customer,



and global standards
- Participate in quality-related training and promote integrity and compliance in all actions
- Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, cost-effective, and compliant operations

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in testing electrical panels, RTU, or SCADA systems (freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, testing equipment, and safety practices
- Robust problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to travel occasionally for site-based testing
