The Media Ant is a 14-year-old platform for media discovery, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns. Role of Digital Media Planning and Buying team

The team's role is to plan media campaigns, negotiate rates from the vendors and ensure flawless execution. Additionally the team also manages self serve platforms like Google, Meta, DV360 and other programmatic platforms.

Key responsibilities:

- Effectively runs the day-to-day planning and buying on key accounts.
- Builds and develops media owner relationships to drive market-leading planning for clients.




- Develop digital media plans and approaches based on consumer insights and digital media dynamics
- Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of ongoing campaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
- Manage day-to-day client interaction along with the final plan presentation to the client
- Engage with teams within and outside of the agency to develop a synchronous and harmonized working relationship that makes work effective, productive, and fun!

Everyday Job Involved:

- Creating Digital Media Plans
- Negotiating best rates from the media owners and other vendors
- On-time execution, monitoring, and reporting of the campaigns

Skills and experience required:

- 1-2 years of Digital media planning and buying experience
- Knowledge and application of media systems, planning concepts (reach, frequency, Performance, etc.), packages, and databases
- Decent communication skills
- Good at excel and usage of AI tools

Academic Qualification

- Bachelors/MBA/PGDM or any equivalent degree.
