Job Description:

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional wellness treatments and personalized guest experiences. This role focuses on delivering massages, facials, and body therapies with professionalism and care while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service excellence.

Job Expectations:

. Perform a wide range of qualified spa treatments according to established protocols and training standards.

. Ensure all treatments are delivered with care, comfort, and attention to guest well-being.

. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the treatment rooms and spa facilities.

. Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.

. Handle guest requests and feedback promptly,



ensuring satisfaction and service recovery when necessary.

. Assist in stock control, product inventory, and preparation of treatment areas.

. Support the Spa team in achieving revenue targets and maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

. Uphold Coco Collection's brand standards in every guest interaction.

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma or Certification in Spa, Beauty, or Wellness Therapy.

Minimum Job Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years experience in a luxury spa or resort environment.
