We are seeking enthusiastic freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Bank Cashier in our private bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and supporting our clients with their banking needs.

Responsibilities

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Maintain cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Adhere to banking policies and regulations to ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling transactions.
- Basic knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
