Location: Remote (Base location: Bangalore, India)

The UI role is for someone obsessive about interfaces. Thoughtful typography, spacing you can defend, a reason behind every choice. Clean ≠ decorative, and I can tell the difference in about 30 seconds of looking at your work.

The UX role is for someone who can think. You'll run discovery, structure flows, IA and sit in front of clients while you do it.

Both roles need:

• Fluent in design systems, not just consuming one someone else built

• AI-assisted design (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, whatever you reach for)

• You should be able to get an idea to a real, working prototype yourself





• You should be comfortable working in AI-augmented systems other than Figma as a surface.

We have a system for this. Requirements are modelled once, design system is set up as code with tokens and rules, so you can generate real screens against it, iterate, and hand off something that's production grade. You'll learn it in your first couple of weeks. The reason I mention it here, is that
