We are hiring Customer Support Executives for multiple open roles with our partner companies.

Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: PAN India (Remote / Hybrid / On-site)

Experience: 0–5 Years

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives (based on role & company)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or support tickets

Resolve customer issues and provide timely, accurate solutions

Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively

Meet customer service KPIs and maintain response time standards

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email and office applications

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
