Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-CAD / as-built drafting experience

What you'll do:

● Produce accurate 2D as-built drawings — floor plans, elevations, sections and RCPs — from registered point cloud data in AutoCAD.

● Own a set of zones/floors end-to-end: extract geometry from the point cloud, draft to the agreed scale/tolerance, and apply layering, annotation and drawing standards.

● Review and QC the drawings produced by junior engineers before client submission — check dimensional accuracy against the point cloud and drawing standards compliance.

● Coordinate with the Scan-to-BIM team where 2D drawings need to align with or feed into 3D models.





● Flag point cloud data quality or coverage gaps to the CDE/Point Cloud Coordinator.

What we're looking for:

● Diploma/Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.

● 4+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience, including 2+ years specifically on Scan-to-CAD/as-built projects.

● Robust ability to read and extract accurate geometry from registered point clouds.

● Working knowledge of drawing standards, layering conventions and dimensional tolerances for as-built documentation.

● Able to review and guide the output of junior drafters.

Software: AutoCAD, Recap Pro, Navisworks (a plus)
