Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Admin/Developer Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience to support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console enhancements focused on data hygiene, data readiness, and preparation for future agentic capabilities. This role will help improve Salesforce data structure, quality, and usability so automation and AI-enabled capabilities can operate on trusted customer and service data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console to support business and data-quality requirements.

• Analyze lead, account, contact, prospect, and service data to identify quality issues, duplicates, gaps, and field normalization needs.

• Assist with data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, validation rules, required-field logic, reporting, and dashboards.

• Support readiness for agentic and AI-enabled capabilities by improving data structures, metadata, workflows, and user-facing data capture patterns.

• Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, flows, and related Salesforce automation.





• Collaborate with business users, administrators, developers, and data teams to document data rules and business logic.

• Conduct unit testing, support QA activities, and participate in troubleshooting and defect resolution.

• Document data rules, cleanup logic, configuration decisions, and support procedures.

• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices related to data quality, automation, and platform readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console.

• Experience with Salesforce data management, data quality, deduplication, field normalization, reports, dashboards, imports, and exports.

• Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning frameworks, flows, validation rules, Salesforce APIs, and the Salesforce data model.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate data issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work effectively in a distributed delivery team.

Required Skills:

• Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Console configuration.

• Data hygiene, deduplication, field normalization, integrity checks, reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and SOQL basics.

• Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, Data Loader or equivalent tooling, testing, and defect resolution.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification.

• Experience preparing CRM data for AI, automation, or agentic capabilities.
